Lisbon has a HUGE aquarium. We spent a good chunk of the day hanging out with the fishes. It is really carefully constructed giving you little insights into all of the different life in the ocean. We didn't realize that there would be penguins and otters too!
As we left there was an airshow leaving cute trails in the blue sky.
At night we went down to the water to see Buraka Som Sistema. I have a few of their albums and always thought they were West African. I guess I was wrong. They were playing for free as part of a summer festival. There was a massive crowd of fans dancing and singing along to the upbeat world/dance/techno/hip-hop music. You could see Belem Tower lit up off to one side. I danced until my feet were sore.
