Da Nang

The three of us booked a cheap flight to Da Nang. Julie and Sunni wanted to have some dresses made in Hoi An, and this was the east way to get there. We stayed a few nights in town, even though it's more of a local beach resort town than a place for westerners. We stayed close to the beach, walked along the dragon bridge, visited marble mountain, and found a few great places to eat. Marble mountain is very goofy, it's an active temple, but it's also has corny music playing as you climb it's giant stone stairs, and lots of people trying to sell you crap. I heard someone describe it as disney mountain.  We still enjoyed it. There lots of little caves to explore and a few great views on the way up.

I found this hat in the trash.
